How-to Confirm the Robot Settings are Compatible with the Application

How-to verify the robot’s configuration is compatible with your tablet’s application.

Instructions


  1. Select the Utilities menu found on Milo’s chest.
  2. Select “Tablet Video”.
  3. Tablet Video will display one of the following:
    1. Legacy mode is disabled. There will be a button labeled “Enable”.
    2. Legacy mode is enabled. There will be a button labeled “Disabled”.
  4. On your tablets, determine which application you are using with the robot:
    1. Robots4Autism – This application has a dark grey background.
    2. RoboKind Companion – This application has a light blue background.
  5. If you are using Robots4Autism:
    1. Legacy mode should be set to “enabled”. 
    2. If not, select the button to enable it. Confirm the settings by selecting the button to reboot.
  6. If you are using RoboKind Companion:
    1. Legacy mode should be set to “disabled”. If not, select the button to disable it.
    2.  If not, select the button to disable it. Confirm the settings by selecting the button to reboot.
