Options for requesting support:

With all support requests, please communicate Organization Name, Issue Description, Troubleshooting steps attempted, and details such as network information, web site, application version, and robot serial number as relevant to the issue.

  1. Help Desk Portal (www.robokind.com/support), and use the - (preferred method)

  2. support@robokind.com 

  3. Call 800-494-1206, option 4 for customer support.

  4. If you are working with a RoboKind account manager, they may be able to open a support request on your behalf. Please do provide them the e-mail address to link to the request so that you can receive updates on the support request.
