How-to check your RoboKind Companion App Version

Ensure you are running on the appropriate version of our application for iPad’s. Both iPad’s must be running on the same version of the application.

Instructions

  1. The latest version of our application is RoboKind Companion 4.2

  2. To further check which build of the companion app you are running, please check the lower right hand corner of the screen. Please click( here ) to view our Companion app current software version.

    1. If you see DEV in the version then your tablet may have been inadvertently switched to an incorrect mode. Access the hidden menu by holding a finger in the lower right hand corner of the tablet for 5 seconds, and then choose the Production option.

    2. If you have an older version, please update.
