Troubleshooting - User is not seeing the correct list of students

 Problem

Customer is reporting not seeing the correct list of students in the system.

 Solution

  1. Confirm that the user is not using an old legacy copy of the companion app. https://robokind.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSSD/pages/622526555

  2. Confirm which exact e-mail address is being used to sign in.

  3. Ensure that the teacher is assigned to the same classroom as the desired student(s).

  4. If issue persists, submit help desk ticket at http://support.robokind.com with a screen print of the issue, the e-mail address being used to sign in, and the list of students that the user should or should not be seeing.
