Get assistance when you need to reset your portal password on our legacy website platform (version 2.0) at portal.robokind.us.  Â

Instructions
Navigate to portal.robokind.us.
Select the "forgot password" link next to the "LOG IN" button.
Enter the email address used to create your portal account.
Go to your inbox and follow the steps provided in the email.
Troubleshooting password reset e-mail not received:
If this is your first time using RoboKind’s website, contact your local organization contact for RoboKind services and ask them to create or check your account.
Search all folders of your e-mail account for e-mails from auto@robokind.com.
Make sure any past e-mails you have received from auto@robokind.com have links pointing to portal.robokind.com. If instead these are pointed to central.robokind.com, then see web page Troubleshooting: Password reset e-mail not received
4. Add auto@robokind.com to your safe senders list in e-mail.
5. Most organizations have some type of e-mail spam filter in addition to your local e-mail account. Check your spam filtering account for any e-mails from auto@robokind.com or contact your IT help desk to determine how to check this.
6. In your spam filter specified in the previous step, change your settings to allow list e-mails from auto@robokind.com.
7. Waiting at least 10 minutes from your previous password reset attempt, please try again and repeat the process.
