Troubleshooting: Changes to student not appearing in Companion App

Problem

Note that if changes have been made to a student in RK Central, they will not immediately appear in RoboKind Central since these values are cached.

Solution

  1. To resolve this, close and re-open the Companion App. (Double tap on the home button, then slide the application off of the screen, and re-open.)

  2. You should now see the updated student information and classroom assignments.

Note that RoboKind intends to improve this handling in a future system enhancement.
