How-to Find a robot's serial number
Option 1: From the robot’s chest screen (Recommended)
On the robot’s control panel display, choose Utilities - About - Serial Number. The Serial number is displayed on the 2nd line of the output, and usually starts with R25 or RKR25.
Option 2: From the robot’s foot:
Caution: This option requires lifting a robot.
**Please note that a robot’s neck can be damaged if a robot is laid down flat. If needing to lay the robot down on a table, please leave the head extended off the edge of the surface.
The serial number is printed on the RoboKind sticker on the robot’s right foot, and usually starts with R25 or RKR25. Note that on some robots, the serial number is printed above the bar code.
