How-to change robot voice

If a Veda or Jemi robot (Serial Number containing C or D) is not playing with the correct female sounding voice, follow the following steps to update.

Instructions

  1. On the robot chest screen, choose Utilities - Voices - Default Voice - US English - Ella

  2. Use the up arrow to return to the main menu.

Troubleshooting

  1. Please submit a service desk ticket here and RoboKind will verify that the robot has been correctly configured for the correct voice.

  2. RoboKind will instruct you to update the robot, after which you should reboot the robot and repeat the instructions on this page.
