This document is intended to help new RoboKind customers get started, in conjunction with training and guidance from the RoboKind customer success team.

Setup Steps:

  1. When you receive a welcome e-mail from support@robokind.com, please activate your account using the provided link. If you have not received this password, please work with your account manager or see our Password Troubleshooting page.

  2. Please unbox and Meet your Robot!

  3. See Robot Power & Battery Installation

  4. Please connect your robot(s) to the network using the RoboKind Quick Robot Network Setup Guide.

    1. If you don’t know which WiFi info to use or if you experience difficulties with the network test, then submit a ticket to your IT help desk directing them to the page RoboKind Getting Started for Information Technology - Robots4Autism which contains networking requirements & information.

  5. To configure your tablets, please see our RoboKind Companion App Installation and Update Guide (iPads)

  6. To pair your student & facilitator devices (or the web companion equivalents) - see How-to pair student tablet to facilitator tablet
