2. To further check which build of the companion app you are running, please check the lower right hand corner of the screen. As of 19 Jul 2021 01 Jan 2022, the latest application version is PROD 178212.

   1. If you see DEV in the version then your tablet may have been inadvertently switched to an incorrect mode. Access the hidden menu by holding a finger in the lower right hand corner of the tablet for 5 seconds, and then choose the PROD Production option.
