RoboKind Companion - iPad/Tablet Application Password Support (Autism only)
The RoboKind Companion Apps use the same usernames and passwords as the RoboKind websites listed above, so if you are having difficulty, it is recommended that you first work through any issues using the above Website Password Support section.
Determining which version of the mobile app to use
The first step is to understand what version of the RoboKind platform that your organization is on, and then to ensure you are using the matching version of the RoboKind Companion Application.
If your website account is through central.robokind.com, then you need to be using the RoboKind Companion 3 application and the same username and password that you use to log in to RoboKind Central at central.robokind.com.
If your website account is through portal.robokind.us, then you need to be using the RoboKind Companion application and the same username and password that you use to log in to RoboKind Central at portal.robokind.us.
