Generate Report (Export Data)

For general information needs, we recommend using our new RoboKind Student and Classroom Quick Reports

  1. This feature is available through the RoboKind Central website at http://central.robokind.com to administrators and managers. This can be accessed by using the Quick Actions side bar on the right and then Generate Report.

  2. Select the desired time frame on the left, or manually select specific start and end dates.

  3. After clicking Export, the system will generate a data file in CSV format, with column headers in the first row.

    1. The generated data file will appear in the downloads section of the web browser, which in many web browsers is in the lower left hand corner of the page.

    2. For larger data sets, allow 20 to 60 seconds for the data set to generate and appear.

    3. In a new organization there will not yet be any data available, and you may receive a message indicating that no data was found.

  4. Data fields in the export presently include:

    1. Customer - The top level organization name

    2. L1 Org Name - In organizations that have been structured into a hierarchy, the name of the next level of organization units

    3. L2 Org Name - In organizations that have been structured into a hierarchy, the name of the next level of organization units

    4. Module - The name of the module

    5. Lesson - Number and name of the completed lesson attempt.

    6. Lesson Minutes - The duration of the lesson in seconds.

    7. Lesson Date - The date of the lesson

    8. Lesson Time - The start time of the lesson

    9. Completed - Whether or not the lesson was fully completed. Lessons which were ended early or switched to a calm down lesson will contain False in this field.

    10. Student - The name of the student

    11. Teacher - The name of the administrator, manager, teacher, or aide who facilitated the lesson.

    12. Lesson Score - For lessons in which student activities are graded, the score that student achieved.

    13. Lesson Method -

      1. Facilitated lessons are individual lessons where a teacher/therapist has supervised the students learning experience.

      2. There is also now a lesson method for Group lessons. For group lessons, there will be one line of data for each student who participated in the group lesson. See RoboKind Software Release Notes 2021.043 - Robots4Autism Group Lesson Support and Itinerancy Support for more details on group lessons.

  5. The Generate Reports format is optimized for systems rather than readability; however it is still possible to view, filter, and summarize data in this format. See the following for a demonstration.
