Ensure you are running on the appropriate version of our application for iPad’s.
Both iPad’s must be running on the same version of the application.
Instructions
The latest version of our application is RoboKind Companion 4.0, which has the following icon:
To further check which build of the companion app you are running, please check the lower right hand corner of the screen. As of , the latest application version is PROD 212.
If you see DEV in the version then your tablet may have been inadvertently switched to an incorrect mode. Access the hidden menu by holding a finger in the lower right hand corner of the tablet for 5 seconds, and then choose the Production option.

Older and Legacy Versions:
If you see the RK 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 3.3 badge, then migration is not required, but you will need to update to the latest version of the application.
