Get assistance when you are unable to scan the QR Code |
Solution
- Try to manually enter the IP address of the robot into the application. The IP address can be found at the top of the display on Milo’s chest.
- Please review and verify the following information if the IP address does not work:
- “How-to Run a Network Test”
- “How-to verify the Robot and Tablets are on the Same Network”
- “Confirm robot settings match the applications”
- Please submit a ticket if the issue is still present.
