Our legacy platform will no longer be supported after .

Customer pre migration check list:
- Customers On each iPad used by facilitators and students, customers should use the appstore Apple App Store® to install or update the “RoboKind RoboKind Companion 3” app on all iPads used for facilitator and student lessons.
- Customers should work with their IT staff and/or managed IT services to ensure that firewall settings are up to date. https://central.robokind.com/assets/docs/it/NetworkSetupGuide_3_0_Jan2020.pdf
- Customer will confirm to RoboKind how many robots are in use.
- Customer will contact support@robokind.com to confirm that the pre-migration steps are completed. (The migration will require 1 business day after this notification is sent, during which time the platform will not be available) app.

- Customer admins and staff members should watch for the migration welcome e-mail from RoboKind, and update their passwords.

- Customer admins need to run the update process on each robot. (IMPORTANT: This process step cannot be completed prior to the migration date) How-to Update the Robot
- All customer users who will be involved with adding teachers, students, or running reports should bookmark the RK Central 3.0 page at https://central.robokind.com/, and remove bookmarks to portal.robokind.us.
- The first time a facilitator uses the RK Central 3.0 companion app on their iPad, they will need to log in using their e-mail address and their updated password.
- In advance of subsequent student sessions, teachers should verify that they can use the app to start a session with the appropriate student and robot.
