Problem

Get assistance when you are unable to scan the QR Code

Solution


  1. Try to manually enter the IP address of the robot into the application. The IP address can be found at the top of the display on Milo’s chest.
  2. Please review and verify the following information if the IP address does not work:
    1. How-to Run a Network Test
    2. How-to verify the Robot and Tablets are on the Same Network
    3. Confirm robot settings match the applications
  3. Please submit a ticket if the issue is still present.
